Our Warranty Policy
Warranties Castlehead Homes are part of the Ontario Homes Warranty Program, all of our homes will be given the following warranties:
- Seven year warranty protection plan for major structure.*
- Castlehead Homes will give a one year comprehensive warranty.*
- The home has a warranty for two years on plumbing, heating and electrical systems and building envelope.*
- Purchaser agrees to pay for the installation of the water metre on closing.*
- Purchaser agrees to pay to Ontraio Homes Warranty Program enrollment fee on unit transfer date as an adjustment.*
- Variations from the builder's samples may occur in finished materials, kitchen and vanity cabinets, and floor and wall finishes due to normal production process.*
- House elevations and exterior colour co-ordination will be architecturally controlled by the vendor to ensure a pleasing streetscape.*
